I have had a countless number of people ask me what I buy at the grocery store so I decided to make a list for all of you 🙂 I hope this helps you to make healthier choices next time you go grocery shopping! Also, I don’t buy all of this at once! This is just an overall list of what I eat and I will probably continue to update it!
Carbohydrates
- Ezekiel Bread (Found in the frozen section – I buy sesame and raisin cinnamon)
- Ezekiel Wraps
- Corn Tortillas
